Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of novtrq.bond and the referral service Novtrq Floor Coating offers through it. By using the site, calling its phone number or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Offer

Novtrq Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating installers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with an installer.

Installers Work for Themselves

The installers you are connected with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or how the job turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any costs we mention are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm details with a qualified installer.

Fair Use of the Site

Please share accurate details, use the site lawfully, and do not disrupt it or try to get into areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the installer we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. If you want the contact to stop, email contact@novtrq.bond.

Who Owns What

The site's content and design belong to Novtrq Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for business purposes.

Limits on Our Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Novtrq Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any installer's products or services, or to any agreement between you and an installer. The site is provided "as is" and without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
